long island ride

12+ mph on mostly flat terrain
Port Jefferson, LI, to Fire Island National Seashore on Atlantic coast
Route: North Country Road to 25A
25A to Rocky Point/Yamhank Road
William Floyd Parkway to FINS
More twists and turns, but those were the major routes. Nice riding for the most part next to parks and farmlands, some bike lanes on the busier roads.
Temperature hit 100 degrees
