I do love process posts, even when it’s something I don’t make myself … surely this will come in handy some day when you look back thinking “now how did I do that?”

Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday … however, I’ve got a lot of beige foods on my assigned to-do list … mashed potatoes, creamed pearl onions, coconut cream pie, dinner rolls, and stock for gravy making … I think I’ll add some broccoli salad to the list 😉

“beige foods” – haha. Someone in the family always used to end up with “white foods” on his plate… got teased. Colorful food is good, good idea for broccoli salad.

Hoping to get a lot more snow. But I have to let the weather do its thing without too many demands, or I get sad about it.
