This is a large project from India Flint’s course “being (t)here 2021.<\/a>” The project’s official name is the nomad’s notebook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I enjoyed plucking bits of plants here and there and assembling the bundle. However, the marks did not appear as dark as I expected. And I’m not totally happy with the paper I chose for the concertina. But this step is done and time to carry on with the steps of sewing signatures in and then weaving the spine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I didn’t think my bundle was wrapped tightly enough so I added a large rock to my brick weights to attempt to apply more pressure in the cooker. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Bundle opened and concertina halves drying. There were some casualties (ripped paper) while prying it apart. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
