I’ve stitched quite a few three-inch squares. They are now in a pile. I’m not sure what to do with them from here. But it’s nice to have them around. Mostly blue and green, with some yellow. Now I think I’ll move on to either the two-inch or the four-inch. Something about this is quite obsessive but also soothing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I realized I hadn’t posted all three of the woven Zati masks I made following Susan Barrett Merrill<\/a>‘s example. So here are the three friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I got a piece of mat board with a black velvety surface free from a friend, just what I envisioned for a backing. I originally thought I’d mount them three in a row, vertically. But they were scrunched especially the two with tails. So I thought a layout of four might work better. I’ll have to weave another! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
