I committed to use them the next day. I used Nori paste. I laid each scrap on a backing sheet from junk mail and applied paste to it with my finger. The minimalism and &#8220;use-it-up&#8221; nature of this approach was very pleasing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mostly I did nothing else to the page that day. But for most, I came back later and added some white lines. It was a fun project to try to figure out how to enhance the collaged pieces with lines. I think this approach was the most fun I had in the sketch journal. Note the horizon line. I applied it with the eyedropper from the bottle. The image is eye-catching, but the shapes remind me of slugs.
