These three crewel blocks were contributed to a group project that I didn’t expect to be completed any time soon. To my delight, the project has been done and in the most beautiful way. Rose Arenstam (@rosecoloredquilts) is the genius who chose the backgrounds, organized the blocks, and quilted the whole thing. I didn’t think such disparate blocks could work, but they do with the quilting and the colorful sashing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The finished quilt, called Host of Hearts, is being raffled as a fundraiser for a nearby library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
