It is an exclusion layer, which usually results in a blue-green, but didn&#8217;t in this case. <\/li>\n<li>Second layer &#8211; extraction of brownish branches. Enlarged, stretched and rotated. Blended with luminosity. Opacity 44%. <\/li>\n<li>Third layer &#8211; a plain solid color taupe background. <\/li>\n<li>Brightness and contrast adjustment because it looked too muddy after I posted it online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I wanted an abstraction that highlighted the brightly colored leaves, and layered the rest of the detail subtly.
