Took a side trail on my
\ncircumambulation of Steichen’s Pond today –
\nthe Stuart Chase Long View Trail –
\nnot all way – started to not know
\nwhere I was and backtracked –
\nbut far enough to climb a steep
\nhill (and descend – a different challenge).
\nThen enjoyed some stretching especially the
\nfull body hang, circling from the
\nrings, sun dipping past the ridge.<\/p>\n
