I had cut some squares of gold fabric and mull quite awhile ago for no particular reason. They were just sitting around on the shelf where I keep my sewing notions and some scraps. I got the idea of putting them together with the last set of patches I got from Jude Hill&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/threadcrumbs.bigcartel.com\/\"><em>threadcrumbs<\/em><\/a> shop, entitled &#8220;Blizzard of Seeds.&#8221; It made a beautiful match. I supplemented the six squares of gold with some dyed fabric from my stash, enough for a six panel concertina.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9106 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gemtactics.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/img_9094-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gemtactics.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/img_9094-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.gemtactics.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/img_9094-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.gemtactics.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/img_9094.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Impatient to see this vision realized! But I&#8217;m trying to pace myself.
