Bear Road walk
It seemed like an ordinary walk, but reflecting and looking back at these photos – it was taking steps into a transcendent realm.
And an eagle posed for this shot, near the pond’s outlet. After sitting here awhile, very close, the eagle flew off to another tree on another shore.
Oh my gosh!!! The views – the eagle (I’d love to see one someday)…sky and mountain slope and clouds…beautiful.
I saw a lightly colored -speckled Hawk yesterday. A kind I don’t know the name for…or a young one. It is so hard to tell sometimes.
I love seeing the bald eagles. Unmistakable! Whereas my hawk id skills are very low.
Saw an eagle flying high in the sky .. nothing like you were able to see so up close but still beautiful. Where do you live that you’re surrounded by such beauty??
I live in Hancock Maine. It’s across the bay from Acadia National Park so we get almost all the same natural beauty and none of the big crowds and parking issues. I love it here.
